30-day return window
Eligible unused items in original condition and packaging may be requested for return within 30 days of delivery. Proof of purchase is required. Contact hello@juvoracommerce.com before sending anything back.
Non-returnable items
Final-sale items, gift cards, personalized goods, used goods, and hygiene-sensitive products once opened may not be returnable unless defective.
Damage and errors
Inspect your order promptly. Contact us with your order number and clear photos if an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection. Original shipping charges and return shipping may be non-refundable unless the item was defective or incorrect.
